Your patience will be key during the process. The adaptation time for a little paw to its new home can vary; some assimilate almost immediately, while it may take others more time to adjust to these changes and find happiness.

During this stage, you will also have our support, where we will provide assistance in finding solutions and address all your doubts regarding the behavior and health of the new member of your family.

The process for each one is different, however, if the adaptation process exceeds four (4) weeks and you give up on it, the reintegration process to the Shelter for this little paw will begin, for which an immediate penalty, called IMMEDIATE PENALTY, will be applied.

Once the reintegration process begins, you will pay a fee of $200,000 (two hundred thousand Colombian pesos) in cash, which will help us mitigate the impact of this decision a little.

Remember that all of this is subject to the Adoption Contract, which has legal implications in case of non-compliance.
